Cleethorpes unites for annual carnival which will draw thousands to the seafront
WITH Cleethorpes Carnival just days away we are calling on YOU to show your support.
The Carnival is this Saturday and will see local communities and businesses unite in a colourful four-mile parade of the resort.
-

From 4pm, hundreds are expected to flock to the seafront to marvel at the passing displays.
And with the Met Office predicting sunshine and temperatures of 21 degrees, this year's carnival should be just as successful as the last.
In your Grimsby Telegraph today, find out more about the people taking part and the businesses lining the route who are expected to see an upturn in trade – and a map of the route.
From dance schools to charities and even your very own Grimsby Telegraph, the floats will have something for everyone.
Carnival organiser Leonor Pidgen said she was overwhelmed by the positive response to the carnival.
She said: "Not only does it bring a lot of business into the town on the day but we find people want to come back the following year. We have a lot of local people come but also visitors from Louth, Scunthorpe, Hull and Brigg.
"It helps businesses in the resort. People see what we have and come back.
"Everyone is so excited and up for it – you can feel it in the air."
