EAST Lindsey District Council is urging local youngsters to take the plunge – by undertaking lifeguard training.

The training leads to a Royal Life Saving Society Qualification and will teach resuscitation and rescue techniques, as well as improving overall swimming ability.

The course takes place over 10 weeks from tomorrow.

The cost of the course is £46.80.
