VIDEO: Kaiser Chief Andrew White propels local scooter club into records book
OH My God, I Can't Believe It – a Kaiser Chief has helped propel a local scooter club into the Guinness Book of Records.
Guitarist Andrew White joined 875 scooter riders – including 150 from the Grimsby and Cleethorpes Scooter Scene (GCSS) – in "destroying" the record for the world's longest scooter rally.

Watched by adjudicators, the scooter enthusiasts joined several others from around the country in completing the world record attempt, biking across the Humber Bridge.
One of the organisers, George Holness, 56, of Cleethorpes, said: "We didn't just smash the previous record of 548 – we destroyed it.
"It was absolutely brilliant – the best thing I have ever done."

“well said MIK HLC, i went along and watched them all ride over the bridge and the traffic was not stopped the riders rode in a closed lane and i have photographic evidence and videos to prove it”

“Blimey Charlie.......you can't win! A day enjoyed by many including spectators, a world record, money raised for charity (Yorkshire Air Ambulance do a great job and are in need of any donations) B&B's, pubs, food outlets, taxi's, Stamford Club have all benefited over the weekend from the many scooterists brought to the area for this event. Grimsby & Cleethorpes Scooter Scene raise money throughtout the year for different charities such as Help For Heroes, Wish Upon A Star.
We have a good life, you moaners need to get a life!!!”
