“You have to ask yourself why the NASUWT, the largest teaching union, is so against the proliferation of academies and why the Tory idea of "free schools" is a notion of academies by the back door. They are actually a way of educating and anaesthetising proles (see "Brave New World") leaving the privately educated to take the university places and retain power. As always, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.”

“Lindsey was my old school and i was proud to spend 7 years there during the mid 1990s and so I hope this chap is able to pull things together and restore it to its former glory!

Cleethorpes deserves a first class school!”

“I'd love to know how much all leaders and senior managers of publicly owned institutions are paid. At one time, I think that schools operated effectively, with fewer published problems, with a head and deputy and I'd bet the numbers are very much more today and at what cost.

If information was freely published then we might find by comparison that Austin resides in the bargain basement. ;)”
