A great find - it's now Kurdish not Persian

We were looking for something a little different so went after reading the reviews on here. It has changed hands in the last couple of months - now the Nawroz (not the Atlas) and it is Kurdish cuisine. We had no idea of Kurdish food so we left it to the proprietor (who turned out to be the proprietor's cousin who was covering) and were not disappointed. The food excellent and far too much for us to finish. Two courses for 2 came to a total of £14 !! It isn't fine dining by any means, no tablecloths, serviettes etc. But the food was great, the service was second to none and it felt like we were visiting family. There was no alcohol on sale - we weren't sure if this was due to no licence or Kurdish religion - we didn't wish to offend by asking. Can thoroughly recommend and hope this new venture is successful for them.
