"The Sidewalk Restaurant" Grimsby Top Town

“We recently discovered "The Sidewalk" while on our shopping trip in Grimsby . Don't be put of by the stairs.. You will get a pleasant Surprise...Gorgeous home cooked fresh food. Really friendly and helpful staff. This is a family run business and we would recommend this eatery to all our friends and family. it is now our regular meeting place when we are in town . sometimes for a coffee and a chat or to fill our faces with their home cooked lunches. Go in and give it a try”

Great Place

Lovely sandiwches and great service

“The last thing i want after a hard afternoons shopping is the hustle and bustle of a poor quality cheap eatery, so i pop into sidewalk for a ham salad sandwich and a pot of tea and it is bliss! the sandwiches taste great and are always neatly presented, at reasonable prices! what more could i ask for? I would definitely reccomend anyone to go and eat there! ”

A great place!

“Sidewalk is a great family run business, and is hidden away from the busy town centre. Located above Wilkinson's in town, the cafe in the day offers everything from Sandwiches, to Jacket Potatoes and Lasagne! If you fancy going on your lunch break, the service is quick and staff are always friendly and happy to see you. You may pay a little bit more, but I had a jacket potatoe and got a small pot of coleslaw and pot of beans, which i prefer rather than it all being on top of my potatoe (yes, im a little fussy!) and I was so full after my meal! I celebrated my 18th at the Sidewalk many years ago, and they couldnt be more accommodating and the hot buffet food was lovely! I would definately recommend this restaurant, if you want a spot of lunch, or want to celebrate a special occasion and book it for a private function.”
