San Pietro – renowned for it’s food – is now proud to offer this unique experiencem where you can get up close and personal with our chefs and learn how to prepare, cook and present restaurant quality food…like the experts.
Master Class Menu 2012
The aim of each masterclass is to provide you with the necessary skills and insider know how to prepare restaurant dishes that will wow your friends and family. Each session will aim to cover a 3 course menu that can be replicated in a home setting, along with additional demonstrations, suggestions and information. All classes will involve a combination of live demonstrations and tasting, hands on cooking tutorials and guest speakers.
Courses start at 10.am and finish at 3.30 and include a 2 course lunch with wine
"Professional Kitchen Experience” £150.00
Join our chefs for the full day, preparing for Lunch service and then enjoying a 3 course lunch with wine for you and a guest. Return for the evening service to experience the real life drama and adrenalin of a busy, professional restaurant kitchen.
This experience will be limited to just 10 days in 2012 and is strictly one candidate per date. (over 18 only)
