Johnson won his first-round bout by two points to nil. He received a bye in the second as his opponent failed to show up.
He edged a close third and then secured his spot in the final with a 2-0 triumph in round four.
Only a close 1-0 defeat in the final denied the youngster another gold medal success.
Also representing Fix 'n' Kiks in the national competition were Tom Gladding, 20, and Taylor Nicholls, 9.
