“ Ive been using Elsfal for years and have always found them to be the most EXPERT bike shop in the area. THey know what they are doing, technically and importantly if anything never ever attempt to scam any extra money in what they provide. THey have an establised reputation for supporting cyclists and quite often DONT charge anything for small jobs. This is because they are excellent at what they do, therfore much quicker technically than other places. Another highly postive factor is that the people whom run the business are active cyclists, therfore up to date with the scene and very passionate about what they do. I can only think that the above comments are possibly from people whom 'look' for problems in most things they do. Sometimes you know, the customer isnt always right!! Accept it and move on rather than getting all wound up!! ”
