Fight Ministry. Home to professional fighters
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30 to 8.00pm. These sessions are not beginners sessions nor are they advanced.
These two sessions will provide a structured continual process of study in three phases. 1) Stand-up. 2) Wrestling. 3) Groundwork.
Building a strong fundamental base focusing on technique posture and movement in these three areas will provide a platform for a student to build a solid and rounded fundamental game. On Tuesday we concentrate on groundwork on Thursdays stand-up.
