The Oasis Health Club in Grimsby is a friendly and welcoming club, catering for all abilities and ages. We specialise in providing expert advice with fully qualified fitness instructors available to you at any time.

The Gymnasium!

Equipment supplied by Techno Gym is state of the art. With 37 pieces of cardio vascular and 20 pieces of resistance machines there is also a vast range of free weights. Our induction programme will ensure you get the right programme for you to achieve your goals.

We have a range of fitness classes including the ever popular Spinning, Body Tone, Aqua Waterworks classes and many more. We are also proud to be home to only the 5th Gracie Jiujitsu school in Europe, and welcome new members.

The Swimming Pool!

We have a large luxury pool and accompanying spa facilities. Why not bring the family along to our swim sessions FREE for under 3's £2.00 for 3 - 17 years per session. The ultimate high powered tanning experience is also available, situated in both male and female changing areas, for that golden tan all year round..

Scribbles Crèche!

Scribbles Crèche offers many fun & exciting activities for all age ranges including painting, gluing, cooking and soft play. We have a computer with children's games and lots of stimulating toys, we also enjoy lots of exercising with music. We follow OFSTED guidelines and let your kids learn whilst having lots of fun!!! All children feel safe and secure in our welcoming bright environment

The restaurant

“The food in the restaurant is great. There are light snakc but also things like stir fry and omeletes, i always go on a lunch with work colleagues, we have an hours lunch and the service is very afficient!”

Relaxing atmosphere

“Oasis offer the option to attend without full membership. Whether you have an event you need to go to or just feel a little down, you can turn up to one of their many classes and make yourself feel so much better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, making you want to return and feel comfortable doing so. The Natural Plant cafe within the gym is also available to the public whether using the gym or not and has the most amazing smoothies - why not try one and see for yourself!! ”

a vast array of facilities

“I chose this gym because of the beautiful swimming pool it has, its nice to be able to choose a swim as opposed to a gym session and not have to pay any extra for that choice, also as a full member you can go to any of the classes for free, Zumba being a particular favourite of mine. They also have car parking facilites. ”
