Pole dancing is a fantastic way to lose weight and tone up your wobbly bits. Using the pole for fitness is now seen as a fun and exciting way to change your body and is used by women of all ages shapes and sizes to look fabulous and get real results.
Most people are naturally feeling anxious, intimidated and even a little frightened about joining and this can put them off for years!
One of the best ways to improve self esteem and motivation to exercise is to do it in a group of like minded people. It's hard to motivate your self to exercise when it is boring and monotonous.
Pole dancing lessons are fun, exciting and give a real sense of achievement as you learn to dance.
