I would like to say a big thank you to Beverley County Hall for refusing permission to extend this vivisection facility and also to all the many Yorkshire people who refused to buy into this cruelty.

We have been testing on animals for years without finding a really good cure for cancer.

What we have got is a massive knowledge of cancer in rats and chimps, while thousands of humans die from drug intolerance (drugs supposedly safe because they were tested on animals). Fat lot of good that has been.

We don't need any more testing on animals, we need more money for the modern and progressive methods of research that are now available.
