“this year we can push you out your house but last year our insurance never coverd it.. we have to pay extra insurance just to push you up the ramp, and like it says here , fast service but professional and disabled friendly? that is debatable!” there allways moaning no wonder drivers kick the jobs back”

“i will tell you why some taxi office drivers never come or will not do the job for an office . they are fed up with there office feeding the good jobs out to there buddys and want other drivers to do the wheelchair jobs around the corner. i do a lot of wheelchair jobs private and off the rank but i will never do a wheelchair job for a taxi office near kent st.once some taxi offices start being fair with drivers the work may get work coverd..”

Disabled friendly
“I'm a wheelchair user and I find Revells the only taxi company who actually send wheelchair friendly cars. The operators are always very helpful and I never have to wait more then a few mins for my car. The drivers are very friendly and always help me as much as they can. I would recommend Revells Taxis to anyone inc wheelchair users. The service is excellent”

disabled friendly???
“when call was made asking this company if the driver could help my aunt in a wheelchair out of the door into the vehicle, the answer was yes! only for the driver to get there and be exceptionally rude and state he is not insured to move her. Leaving my aunt feel embarrassed and distressed not a feeling she needed when going to visit her father in intensive care after receiving a call for her to get there asap...in fact not a feeling any person needs let alone in these circumstances...OK if that is a valid reason but a bit of tact wouldn't go a miss! when we called to complain about the driver the woman on the end of the phone was nothing but sarcastic, while sniggering down the phone she was only concerned as to whether the driver was still required to pick up my aunt from the hospital later on. There is no denying Revell's taxis was a fast service but professional and disabled friendly? that is debatable!”
